E & D Sterrett Joinery & Building is a fully insured Father and Son Family Business. We have been trading in North Down and the surrounding area for over 30 years. Our type of work ranges from extensions and renovations to sunrooms, garages and disabled shower rooms. We also specialise in joinery services such as kitchens, stair cases, doors and floors. Being a member of C.I.G.S. enables our Company to work
in conjunction with the FOLD HOUSING ASSOCIATION where we carry out work such as single storey extensions with disabled showering facilities, bedrooms and general maintenance around the home.

Eric and Darren carried out extensive renovation work to our house including building a sun room, first floor extension, installing a kitchen and many other internal alterations.

We were impressed by both Eric's and Darren's professionalism and the high quality of their workmanship. Their team of workmen ensured that at all times the house was safe and secure, and left the whole site tidy at the end of each day. Work was completed on time and we are delighted with the end result.
